WHAT DOES BRYAN DO?
Bryan is now a nationally known Worship Leader, Pianist/Keyboardist, Songwriter & Producer. He has been in full-time ministry since age 17 and traveling since age 12. He now travels each week at various churches/venues. In churches, he ministers at regularly scheduled services or any kind of special service or church event (Worship Workshops, Holiday Celebrations, Church Anniversaries, Conferences, Conventions, Revivals, Banquets, Retreats, Church Dedications, Outreach Concerts, Youth/Single/Couples’ functions, etc) . He is often invited to lead praise & worship as he loves to involve the church’s worship team and hopefully inspire them to a deeper level in worship. Bryan will also come to minister “special music” during services and share his testimony as many Pastors turn their entire service(s) over to Bryan. Arrangements can be made to have Bryan be apart of your multiple church services on a Saturday/Sunday. Bryan still enjoys doing contemporary or even more traditional concerts. He has an incredible way of interacting with all audiences as they sense his enthusiasm and are inspired by his intense passion.

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN A WORSHIP WORKSHOP?
Bryan usually comes in a day earlier to conduct the Worship Workshop for your worship team/choir/band/orchestra. He starts the Workshop with a one-hour plus teaching, which ends with a question/answer period. Then, he will conduct a full rehearsal with the worship team/choir/band/orchestra, preparing them to minister with him the next day in worship. It makes for a great time of encouraging, learning, worship and fellowship. Some churches use this day as an Appreciation Day for their worship department by even having a luncheon or dinner in between the teaching session and rehearsal. The Workshop does not necessarily have to be in conjunction with a ministry service as Bryan can simply come to do the Workshop only, if you so desire.

WHAT IS BRYAN'S STYLE OF MUSIC?
Although Bryan writes, leads and plays contemporary worship and many contemporary piano selections, he also has a huge repertoire of the old familiar standards (hymns, classical & classic worship songs) and can certainly include these, if you prefer more traditional music. Some prefer more “blended” music and Bryan can also accommodate that need. Within the last several years, it has been on Bryan’s heart to lead more contemporary worship and to emphasize worship more in his ministry. He has written many praise & worship songs and has been using his piano abilities combined with his singing to reach a new and deeper level of worship. "If one day I'm leading in a more modern worship setting on a keyboard with a full band, a bunch of singers, distorted guitars and loud drums that penetrate directly into your heart, and then the next day I'm playing on a Steinway grand piano leading a traditional chorus of "How Great Thou Art" into "How Great Is Our God" is very cool to me. The fact that I have this tremendous opportunity to be around such amazing people and to try my best to be a witness and a light for Him is just awesome. Whatever it takes, no limits and no boundaries for Him."

WHAT IS BRYAN'S MINISTRY PURPOSE?
Bryan has a calling to inspire, encourage and to touch and change peoples’ lives through his worship & through his music.  His heart is “worship” and he wants to lead people into His presence through intimate worship. Bryan's heart is also to see souls come to Jesus. Over the years, his ministry has been privileged to witness thousands of people give their hearts to Christ & even thousands more rededicate their lives back to Him with a deeper passion than before. Perhaps Bryan’s ministry purpose is best stated by Bryan himself… “to see joy restored where there was no joy & to give hope to those who have lost all hope.” Bryan has a true heart for worship and always gives God all the glory. He has three different phases of ministry: leading praise & worship, ministering in music on the keyboard/piano & teaching/preaching the Word. Bryan is greatly appreciated by all ages and genres as he is an encouragement and inspiration to both the young and old and all those in between. Many have been motivated by Bryan to discover their own gifts and cultivate them, as Bryan has done so diligently.

WHAT KIND OF PIANO DOES BRYAN NEED, DO WE NEED TO RENT A GRAND PIANO/KEYBOARD?
Bryan is willing to use your church piano or keyboard. Although it is visually best to see Bryan at a grand piano, he is willing to use an upright piano just as well.  He is also most willing to use a keyboard, but the keyboard must have 88-weighted and touch sensitive keys, a sustain pedal and a very sturdy stand for the keyboard, as Bryan plays quite intense at times. Bryan’s favorite keyboard is a Yamaha Motif 8. You do not need to rent a piano or keyboard if you can fill these requirements. For churches that Bryan can drive to, he can provide a keyboard, if needed.

WHAT CHURCHES RECOMMEND BRYAN'S MINISTRY?
Bryan comes highly recommended by a wide variety of Christian churches. He feels called to play anywhere he can be a light and anywhere he can inspire and encourage. Major doors have opened in both denominational and non-denominational churches, as he comes well recommended by many Pastors, Bishops and church leaders.  Bryan's compassion for ministry and his sensitivity for your congregation/church make Bryan heavily sought after today and repeatedly brought back to the same church year after year after year. If requested, we can provide you with the names of many Pastors/Bishops of churches where Bryan has been in the past and those that he has developed a relationship with. We also have numerous Recommendation Letters available to view directly via our "PRESS KIT" online.

WHAT ARE BRYAN'S FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS?
Bryan works on an individual basis with each church/venue. He will come for a love offering or for an honorarium, whichever is preferred by the host. If willing, Bryan prefers a love offering with a mutually agreeable minimum guarantee, as this gives the congregation an opportunity to be a blessing to Bryan Popin Ministries & also to the ministries that Bryan has joined hands in partnering with:  WORLD VISION & LIFEWATER INT’L. Bryan usually requests offering his CDs to the congregation after the service/concert. As Bryan is based out of Nashville, TN, we normally have a set travel expense fee that will include: airfare & baggage fees, rental car, gas/tolls and any misc. expenses. This travel expense fee is needed in advance of the date to help make all travel arrangements in advance for Bryan. Your church would also be responsible for one night in a hotel (king/non-smoking), with meal provisions, as meals are to be included during his stay with you. Bryan can drive to your church/venue if it is within a 3 - 4 hour radius from the Nashville, TN area. For this, the same travel expense fee would be agreed upon & applied. We will do everything possible to work with every church in regards to finances, as Bryan’s heart is ministry-focused & he wants to be a blessing, not a financial burden to your church.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO SCHEDULE A DATE, & IS A DEPOSIT/CONTRACT REQUIRED?
We normally like to schedule 3 – 4 months in advance & will schedule something further in advance if you have a specific future date in mind. If there is an immediate open date that you desire, we will certainly try to make it available to you. Our travel expense fee is to be paid prior to the date, but there is no required deposit and there is no formal contract, as Bryan gives his word that he will come and trusts that you will honor the date you have chosen and will not cancel the date. We know that you will have integrity to uphold all verbal and email agreements. We will email you a Confirmation Agreement shortly after the date is scheduled with you and we will provide any promotional materials you request within two months in advance of the actual date. Normally, we will also email you the chord charts & song lyrics for the overhead screens 2 weeks before the actual date as well, if this is needed. We have promo pictures via the "PROMOTE YOUR EVENT" link on our website where you can download & print high quality or web quality press photos. If requested, we can send you a customized one-minute radio spot advertisement, at our expense, to help you advertise the scheduled date for your most listened to local radio stations or it can even be played during your church service announcements.

WHAT DOES BRYAN DO IN HIS SPARE TIME?
Well, we are not sure. He doesn't really have any spare time... just kidding. When home, Bryan loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Susan, and with his three children, Isabella, Maximus and Sophia.  Though he enjoys being active in mostly all sports, his favorites are golf, shooting some hoops on the basketball court or even at the gym playing a fast-paced game of racquetball. Bryan also enjoys snowboarding and perfecting his technical skills on the Wii or Xbox. And as if you didn’t already guess this one… Bryan truly loves to write and produce music. After a surprised meeting with the the one and only Stevie Wonder, Bryan was asked to play a little on the keys for him & from that point on, was then referred to by Stevie himself as the "little boy wonder”. Bryan loves the “behind the scenes” in his own personal recording studio where he writes, records, tracks & edits for not only his projects, but many other projects as well. God has opened some amazing doors for Bryan, allowing him to work/write/produce for and with, and to also befriend,  some very important people in the music industry…Chaka Khan, ‘NSync, Justin Timberlake, Richard Marx, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Carrie Underwood & other American Idol contestants. Bryan has also ministered/worked with Gospel Recording Artists… Israel Houghton, Tye Tribbett, Marvin Winans, Deitrick Haddon, Martha Munizzi, Derick Thomas, & many others. These open doors provide a strong testimony for Bryan of what the power & compassion of God can do in the life of those that trust Him. Bryan has been able to use the finances from these numerous projects as a tool to not only help provide a foundation for this ministry, but also the freedom to be a blessing to others as well.
